I recently had a delightful stay in a hotel at the center of Khon Kaen. The location was perfect for exploring the town center and enjoying the Sonkran festival. The reasonable prices and excellent value for money made this hotel a great choice. The attention to detail and basic amenities provided, such as the rooms in solid condition with balconies and good air conditioning, made my stay comfortable. The friendly staff and their fantastic service added to the overall positive experience. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was superb, offering a variety of options beyond the typical toast and jam.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

I like their interior design , Garden. The room have both Aircon and Fan. The location is very good to access the city, You can walking to many interesting places. Closed to the foods shop and many resturants.The price is fair. If you get the bouchur from hotel directly or contact hotel conuter directly. You will get a bit cheaper price. That's nice

Noisy when you walk through the stair. It made by wooden. When you walk and or talk, the guest inside the room can hear your sound. The room is not that specious but not very small, Fit for two people but again depend on what's kind of room you reserved. One more thing is the Sign of this hotel, difficult to see . They should show it is bigger than current one. For staffs they are so freindly and very helpful but they looks very busy. Sometime their not there.

Location ok in central Khon Kaen. Fairly quiet except for noisy staff and other guests. Free wifi. Breakfast was fine with a mix of thai and continental (toast, butter and jam - no cereal)

Reception staff dont speak english and are not serviceminded. An automatic safetyswitch in hall continously switched off in the middle off shower. No warm water and no fridge was working when that switch was off. We had to take turns to watch it while the other one was having a shower.... we stayed 3 nights wich was 2 too many.

The beautiful and well-maintained gardens of the hotel provided a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The friendly and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic; it was situated near a strip mall filled with restaurants, cafes, and galleries. it was close to a 7/11, which was very convenient for our needs.

The hotel facilities require an upgrade. The room we stayed in had outdated features with minimal power outlets.
